Independent Project 1 :
proposal questions
1. What type of photography did you pick to do for your project? Explain what it is.
The type of photography that I decided to propose for my first project was an idea of black and white street signs. I thought that I could make the most out of this and get a more calm pictures. Also i wanted them in black and white because I wanted to test my self a little more with something that is kinda hard to make the pictures have a more bright center point and make something the center point.
2. How are you going to shoot the images for this project? Explain.
How I'm thinking I'm going to shoot this images are by using a tripod and placing it across the street to get a good background and the some street. Also taking a lower angle taking the image more of a worm eye view to get a good look at the post and signs with some good background.
3. Is there any thing specific that you need to have for your images? Explain (model, location, certain time of day, ect....).
The most important thing about taking these pictures would be the location and the lighting. these are important because the light has to be more bright to make the contrast between the shadows and highlights in the back grounds and make the signs be the center of attention. Another important things that I have to have for this image is going to be having inspiration and a good timing of the day where things are bright bet not so bright so that we can take the images and not have the lighting camouflage with the background.
4. Where are you going to shoot these images? Explain.
I'm mostly going to be taking pictures in down town were all the signs are more artsy and are more cluttered with stop signs that make it look more fuller and can be distinguished from the background. Also i'm going to try streets that are more simple and see if we can make them look cool or even good.
5. Why did you want to try doing this type of photography for this project? Explain.
I wanted to give this type of photography a try because I wanted to get more of a diatomic picture with a good backgrounds that are more full but it doesn't look so cluttered and isn't all placed in one center point. Also i wanted to do something I haven't done before and adventure more out of my comfort zone and get some more Semitic pictures and getting to take pictures of the city that I never actually took time to look at.
Independents Project 2: Collages
1. What type of photography did you pick to do for your project? explain what it is.
What I decided to do for my next project was to do collages. I want to focus on faces and some part of nature that would make the faces seem more interesting when put together. Also add some color like drawings on top to make it more interesting to look at.
2. How are you going to shoot the images for the project? Explain.
How Im going to shoot this pictures is by asking people if i can take a picture of there faces or there hands so see if i can just take the pictures during school. And ask people around me for pictures so that i can get a variety of different people.
3. Is there any thing specific that you need to have for your images? Explain (model, location, certain time of day, ect...)
What i need to focus on the most for this type of photography is that it needs to have a more of a variety of people that will make the picture great. Or have some nature in the background to make the people look like there standing out. I want to have good lighting that can help see the features of the faces more clear. I need to have enough time to edit so i have to shoot during the early mornings.
4. Where are you going to shoot these images? Explain.
Where Im thinking to take the pictures is at school and at home. Or go by the river to get some nature to put in the collage to have something to stand out thats besides faces and people.
5. Why did you want to try doing this type of photography for this project? Explain.
The reason that i decided to do this type of photography is because i had to do this as a project once before and i don't think i did it justice and i should give it another try to get everything the way i want it to. I want to do something different with what i can find around me.

3. Is there any thing specific that you need to have for your images? Explain (model, location, certain time of day, ect...)
the only specific thing that i have to do before starting the photos is seeing if she's not allergic to the paint and setting up towels on the floor so that it doesn't get dirty. the model has to wear different types of clothing that goes with all he colors.
4. Where are you going to shoot these images? Explain.
Im going to shot this images in a park so we have a colorful background that can offset the colors of the paint. Also I can take the pictures in a white backgrounds so the colors can be more bright.
